Ironwood Montessori Academy is a warm, vibrant, and child-centered learning environment committed to nurturing the whole child. Rooted in the Montessori philosophy, we serve children from 12 months to 6 years old. We are currently seeking reliable and flexible on-call substitute teachers to support our team as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid ECE, ECEA, or Responsible Adult Certification
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Previous experience working with young children is an asset, but not required
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- A caring, adaptable, and professional approach to working with children and families
