Ironwood Montessori Academy is committed to delivering an authentic Montessori experience. Our center, located in Richmond, BC, is one of the most expansive daycare facilities in the region, where hundreds of children have the opportunity to play, learn, and interact throughout the full day. Admission Guide

STEP 1 – Open House

Every month, Ironwood Montessori Academy offers facility tours. This adults-only event allows you to explore our centre and classrooms uninterrupted. Join us to learn more about our program.

STEP 2 – Join Our Waitlist

Our enrollment is subject to availability and factors beyond a waitlist. Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee enrollment, but it does put you in line for potential openings, at which point we may contact you for a private tour.

STEP 3 – Private Tour & Invitation to Apply

Post-tour, you might receive an application invitation. We'll review your application and, depending on space, may offer enrollment.

STEP 4 – Admission Offer & Enrollment

Successful applicants will receive admission offers via email. It's important to respond to these offers before the stated deadline. Once the offer is accepted, the child will be issued a Letter of Admission, at which point families can begin the Enrollment and Registration process.
